§ 28-3. General enforcement authority.

The provisions of this chapter are enforceable pursuant to the specific provisions hereof related to enforcement and state law including Texas Water Code ch. 7, Texas Water Code §§ 16.352, 16.353, 16.3535, 16.354, and 16.3545 and Texas Local Government Code §§ 212.0175 and 212.018.
