§ 6-55. Redemption.

(a)

The owner of any licensed dog impounded may redeem such dog at any time prior to sale or destruction by the payment to the city of the administrative fee specified in section 6-57 and an additional $3.00 per day as a board fee for each day each such dog shall have been impounded.

(b)

The owner of any impounded dog that is duly licensed and vaccinated against rabies impounded may redeem such dog at any time prior to the sale or destruction of such dog by the payment to the city of the administrative fee specified in section 6-57 and an additional $3.00 per day as a board fee for each day each such dog shall have been impounded.
